Volcanic loam soil at 1,350 meters gives this coffee a naturally sweet, layered character — caramel and honey up front, with a gentle fruit note that rounds out the finish.

Fully washed and sun-dried, then roasted to order in small batches. It’s the kind of cup that rewards the curious — smooth, approachable, and quietly complex.
