At Hammer Lane Coffee Company, your satisfaction is our priority. If you're not completely happy with your order, we're here to help.
Coffee Products
Due to the perishable nature of coffee, we are unable to accept returns on opened coffee bags or pods. However, if your order arrives damaged or defective, please contact us within 7 days of delivery and we'll make it right.
Merchandise
Merchandise (apparel, accessories, etc.) may be returned or exchanged within 30 days of delivery, provided items are unused and in original condition. Sale items are final sale and cannot be returned.
How to Initiate a Return
- Email us at support@hammerlanecoffeecompany.com with your order number and reason for return.
- We'll respond within 2 business days with instructions.
- Once your return is received and inspected, a refund will be issued to your original payment method within 5–7 business days.
Damaged or Lost Orders
If your order was damaged in transit or never arrived, please reach out to us within 7 days of the expected delivery date. We'll work with you to resolve the issue promptly.
