Sourced from small-scale growers in the legendary highlands of Chiapas and Oaxaca, this medium roast brings together a flavor profile that's equal parts comfort and complexity. Rich chocolate leads the way, followed by a warm hint of cinnamon and a crisp green apple finish that keeps things interesting all the way to the bottom of the mug.

Grown at 900–1,000 meters in clay mineral soil, fully washed and sun-dried, then roasted to order in small batches — because every mile deserves a great cup.
