Roast: Medium-Dark
Some coffees are built for the long haul. Honduras is one of them.
Sourced from 1,500 grower-members of Café Orgánicos Marcala — a cooperative rooted in the highlands of Marcala, La Paz — this medium-dark roast is rich, warming, and deeply satisfying. Caramel and brown sugar lead the way, with a hint of spice that adds just enough complexity to keep things interesting. It's the kind of cup that feels like home base, no matter where the road takes you.
Grown between 1,300 and 1,700 meters in clay mineral soil, fully washed and sun-dried to bring out every note of sweetness. Roasted to order in small batches, because every mile deserves a great cup.
