Roast: Medium
Antigua doesn't need an introduction. But we'll give it one anyway.
Grown by smallholder farmers in the shadow of three volcanoes, this Guatemala medium roast is everything the region is famous for — rich, complex, and beautifully balanced. Dark chocolate anchors the cup, bright fruit lifts it, and a smooth butterscotch finish makes it nearly impossible to put down. It's the kind of coffee that earns a permanent spot in your rotation.
Grown between 1,200 and 1,616 meters in volcanic loam soil — the same fertile earth that's made Antigua legendary — fully washed and sun-dried to preserve every layer of flavor. Roasted to order in small batches, because every mile deserves a great cup.
