Roast: Medium-Dark
The road less traveled leads somewhere worth going. Bali Blue is proof.
Sourced from smallholder farmers in the volcanic highlands of Kintamani — one of Bali's most storied growing regions — this medium-dark roast is rich, earthy, and deeply satisfying. Dark chocolate and molasses set the tone, with a warm brown sugar sweetness that rounds out every sip and lingers long after the mug is empty. It's bold without being harsh, and complex without being fussy.
Hand-picked and wet-hulled using the traditional Indonesian Giling Basah method, then dried on raised beds to develop its signature full-bodied character. Grown between 1,200 and 1,600 meters in volcanic loam soil. Roasted to order in small batches, because every mile deserves a great cup.
